I am a success coach and embodiment facilitator and I guide my clients to unleash their unique skills, talents and gifts so they can create impact in the world by being the brilliant person they were born to be.

We get you from where you are to where you want to be through a potent combination of reconnecting you to your unique essence, "bullet-proofing" your thoughts and actions against any form of self-criticism, self-doubt or nervous-system dysregulation, while giving you practical tools that give you an edge in your area of expertise or work.

I have a background in the performing arts and events and draw on neuroscience & psychology as much as on energy and somatic healing in my work.
