It first started in my personal life. I was taking a different position in my family system and amongst certain circles of friends or acquaintances. Then it translated to my business. I started sharing thoughts, ideas and advice freely, frequently took up the position of someone who leads without trying - until more and more people started following me and get interested in me.
This used to be me:
I used to shy away from difficult conversations or potential conflict
I thought I expressed myself clearly - just to receive blank stares or zero response.
I struggled to offer people my services and ask for payment
I would rather avoid a conversation, than clearly stating why I desired or needed
I used to be a "wallflower", shy, nervous, quiet, introverted and stay on the sidelines.
I would be riddled with judgements about myself and those I secretly looked up to.
I would get comments about being "lovely", "nice" or "easy-going" - but not be given the really exciting opportunities or invited to speak at the events I wanted to speak at.
This is me now using effective communication in my life and business:
I look forward to interactions and conversations - even if I know they won't be easy as I know I get better at mastering them every time.

My confidence is through the roof. I am not saying I don't make mistakes anymore or always navigate interactions as elegantly as I'd like - but I recover from setbacks much(!) faster and don't fall into the trap of doubting myself because of something going wrong anymore.
The more I allowed myself to simply try things out and get things wrong, the more capacity I developed to be there and give to others - making them notice and wanting to be around me even more.
I can now share many parts of my story and experiences without shame or holding back. This has massively improved my messaging in my business and allowed me to build trust and connections with clients and prospects, as well as the people in my private life.
The amount of dream clients and interesting, kind and useful people I meet is growing day by day.
My interest in leadership didn't arise because I wanted to be a leader.
It arose when I noticed that others would increasingly turn towards me for guidance.
That's when I asked myself what I was doing differently, retraced my steps and dissected what in my way of being and communicating led to these different results.
And that's what I am teaching in this course.

The course will work like this:
The course is a mix of pre-recorded and live classes. It is designed to be worked through within four weeks, but you can also take longer if you wish to.
The live classes offer additional information on some of the topics with new angles and are also opportunities to get your questions answered live.
If you opt for the 1:2:1 option, we can work through all the situations and scenarios that..privately.
